Markus´s focus is on Wireless Technology and Application Design. Before joining X3-Partners he build up the Operations department in a leading Wireless Application Start-Up. Prior to that he worked for 6 years as a project manager in a leading international Top-Management-Consultancy, running successful CRM engagements.	Henrik´s focus is on Strategy, Business Design and Planning in Wireless and Digital Media. Before joining X3-Partners he build up the Finance department  in a leading Wireless Application Start-Up. Prior to that he worked for 5 years as a casemanager in a leading international Top-Management-Consultancy and 2 years in a japanese consulting firm in Tokyo.	Marcus focus is mainly on Wireless Hardware Technology. Before joining X3-Partners he build up the sales department in a leading Wireless Application provider. Prior to that he worked for 4 years in the European product management of one of the worlds leading mobile hardware manufacturers and for a key LAN and WAN network infrastrukture player.
